Ready to use off the printer. Some light filing of the interlocking tabs may be necessary for proper fitment depending on the accuracy of the print. These keep the two halves correctly aligned.

Recommend minimum 3 wall perimeters and +20% infill.
3-5 Top/Bottom layers depending on printers nozzle size.
I had the most success printing with an 0.8mm nozzle. Print speed 30% slower extruder set at maximum recommended temperature for filament.
(these are just some recommendations from the prints of this model I have done using PLA, I had trouble with the first layers of infill separating from the base ultimately leading to a failed print. Hot and slow solved this for me)
