Cut or send to a CNC Laser/water jet cutter for profile cutting all the parts needed to construct a precision welding / fixturing table.
I would recommend against CNC plasma cutting as results with small 16 round holes are usually subpar and for best result using cambering clamps / pins and other fixture table components you want precision holes.
An absolute must have for fabrication and you will not regret it.
Allows for clamping just about anything anywhere on the table.
2000 x 1000 x 150 with 16 round holes at 50mm centres. from 6mm or 10mm plate
(files supplied for both as slot and tab sizes are different and must be cut from either 6mm or 10mm sheet make sure you select the right folder for the sheet thickness)
Slot and tab design. simple and easy assembly.
Quick hot tack in the designated slot is all you needed. it will mostly hold itself together.
No need for excessive welding you will only risk distorting the table. only weld in the slots.
Take your time and make the support ribs underneath the table top are firmly against the top before tacking in place for the best results. Tacks can be extremely difficult to grind out so ensure proper fit-up prior to tacking.
Supplying your own files to be cut is by far the cheapest way to get your own fixture table.
Component Quantities are in the DXF file name.
10mm and 6mm in separate folders and labelled accordingly.
Thanks.
