Bench top can be cut from 6mm - 12mm thick depending on budget and fabrication requirements.
16mm round fixture holes at 100mm centres.
10mm round holes on 2 sides for bolting on 40mm sq headboards.
With 40mm headboards bolted on 16mm round holes are offset from the headboard so that with 25 round stop pins will give 100mm increments from headboard (see picture for reference)


65 Sq frame is positioned to clear all the fixture holes.
8 support legs.
